We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse to ensure reliable delivery.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to most UK addresses. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
We deliver to all UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Remote areas and islands may experience slightly longer delivery times.
When you place an order:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
All orders include full tracking. You can monitor your delivery status by logging into your account and viewing "My Orders" or by using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
Heavy machinery, medical equipment, and oversized items may require special handling and extended delivery times. We will contact you with specific details if your order contains such items.
