Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope of this Policy

This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through:

  • the Skydatasol E-Commerce website
  • the Skydatasol application on the Apple App Store
  • the Skydatasol application on the Google Play Store

By placing an order with Skydatasol E-Commerce, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms set out herein.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Skydatasol Trades exclusively within the United Kingdom
  • Goods are sold only where the minimum order value is GBP £600 or more
  • Only goods purchased directly through Skydatasol E-Commerce are eligible for return or refund

3. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

4. Conditions for Accepting Returns

Returned goods must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in materially the same condition as received
  • All original packaging, documents, serial numbers, and accessories are included
  • The item is free from signs of misuse, installation, modification, or damage caused after delivery

The following categories are non-returnable:

  • Custom-engineered or built-to-order items
  • Items which have been installed or operated
  • Software licences or digital products that have been activated
  • Goods damaged by improper handling, negligence, or unauthorised repairs

5. Return Procedure

Return requests must be submitted through the Customer's account on:

  • the Skydatasol Web platform, or
  • the Skydatasol mobile application (iOS or Android)

Upon review, Skydatasol will issue a Return Authorisation containing shipping instructions.

Customers must return goods using a tracked and insured courier service.

Skydatasol is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used on the Web, App Store, or Play Store.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a Skydatasol error (e.g., incorrect item supplied, manufacturing defect).

7. Warranty & Replacement

All goods sold by Skydatasol include a 12-month replacement warranty.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures under normal operation
  • Faults caused by materials or workmanship

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, incorrect installation, or accidents
  • Environmental or chemical exposure
  • Normal wear and tear

Skydatasol may replace the defective item or, if unavailable, issue a full refund.

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
